Expertise and Background
AoK PM Solutions is the workings of a keen interest in project management. Having worked in construction for 20 years and in management for the last 15 years. Declan is an experienced project manager who has worked with Tier 1 construction companies and is a qualified electrician by trade. He has worked in many different areas of the construction sector, which includes residential, commercial, and industrial, both in Ireland and overseas.
Having completed a self-build home almost 10 years ago while working in England, his key skills of project management came to the fore, having completed that particular build within just over 12 months. Since then, he has completed many other projects for friends, family and but has grown. Projects ranging from new builds and renovations to home improvements. But from something he enjoys on the side grew the opportunity to start something bigger.
