At AoK PM Solutions, we take pride in specialising in the project management of self-build housing projects. We understand that every client has their own unique vision for their dream home, and we enjoy working closely with our clients and our dedicated team to bring these ideas and visions to life. Located not far from Waterford, Ireland, we have a deep appreciation for the local building landscape. This is reflected in our work as we strive to create homes that not only meet the functional needs of our clients but also sit seamlessly in the surrounding environment almost like it was always there.

Old shed conversion plus farmhouse restoration project.
Included new extension, linking both buildings. Completed over 2 phases, starting with the shed. This was definitely something we don't normally do, but we enjoyed every minute of this build.
We worked hard for the client, trying to solve structural and engineering problems along the way. As the saying goes "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get" and this build was our box of chocolates :)
New build – 2-storey house including garage
A new build, sitting nicely on what was a crop field. Nicely finished off stone walls and ditches to maintain some of the original old stone features that were present before the house commenced. Over 350 sq metres if building stone and 150 sq metres of limestone paving with a tarmac driveway finishing it all off nicely.

An exciting new build. Awaiting window install April '25 to progress the internal works again. Looking forward to seeing how it transforms over the summer of '25.
New Build - Bungalow
Fantastic new build, literally broke our stone hearts ;)
Built on a raft foundation due to underground conditions, digging only 200mm below soil level, hitting limestone rock. The only way up is to go down first. Rock-breaking specialists were on site for 3 weeks. It will all be worth the patience our clients showed during a period. It's nice to see more and more bungalows popping up around the country again...
Renovation - Semi-detached townhouse
A project with a difference. More of a specialised project, with lots of planning and organising. We oversaw all aspects of the planning and organising work on behalf of our client. Allowing a local builder to dedicate his time to concentrate on all things building-related to maintain a tight program of work.
A demolish-and-rebuild project, with a home office/music room built to the rear. Working from the rear outwards as access was at a premium, with the adjoining houses.

New Build - 2 story house
Another fantastic new build on behalf of our clients. Nestled nice below road level, it was a pleasure working with them, and we wish them many happy years and memories in their new home.
