All contractors adhere to a clean as you go policy, maintaining a tidy work site. With every precaution taken to avoid harm or theft, site safety assessments will be conducted as safety is the number one priority.
Costings
Before building begins, we develop a thorough cost on all elements of the build. This entails getting fixed rates from trade contractors and building suppliers.
Site Management
On behalf of our clients, we oversee the site and regularly check that all trade contractors' work satisfies the necessary requirements and building standards.
Time Management
Comprehensive project plan will be built to ensure project stays on track. We say there are 5 main phases to a build, and key milestones are set out in each.

Change Management

You only pay the cost of the change, our service fee remains unchanged as long as we stay within project scope.
